General Assembly

UBCA General Assembly meetings are open monthly forums where Black students at UT Austin come together to receive updates, connect with resources, and move our community forward. Whether you're a first-year looking to get involved or a senior planning your legacy, the General Assembly is your seat at the table.

We meet once a month during the academic year, come for the food, stay for the strategy.

WHY ATTEND ASSEMBLY?

Apply for Leadership
Only active General Assembly members are eligible to run for UBCA Executive Cabinet and lead the most visible Black events on campus, like New Black Student Weekend, Black Inauguration, and Black Graduation.
